It has been much long-awaited handphones announcement from Samsung that the world is waiting and finally we have a glimpse of anxiety as Samsung released an official announcement on Thursday of its new mobile smartphone,  the Samsung Galaxy S4!
Analyst named Mark Newman is among the first to quote, “Eventually, they’ll have unbreakable and flexible displays. Either the Galaxy S IV or S V will have unbreakable and even possibly flexible and foldable displays by 2014. That’s going to be a game-changer,” Newman told Reuters.
Although this innovation was made known in December, nixing the rumor by The Verge having said, “Flexible screens are still a while off.” So it looks like we got to see about this one.
One of the biggest hearsay to circulate the Galaxy S4 stated that the phone would come with a futuristic flexible screen. It may sound alittle out of this world, but the flexible screen rumor is based in reality. Samsung has spent years working to create a flexible AMOLED display under the name Youm, according to The Verge. Initially, it was reported that the Youm display would be shipping out on products in late 2012, leading many to attach the rumor the Galaxy S4.
Currently, nothing outside of Samsung’s Note series has S Pen technology and A Korean executive for the company allegedly confirmed the rumor, which would be a huge game-changer for Samsung as Phone Arena has speculated that the Galaxy S4 will launch with S Pen technology.
So that’s the latest talks around the blocks about the Galaxy S4. The credibility of some discussion from CNET, which broke the news of the “Samsung Unpacked” event that will debut the Galaxy S4, speculates that the phone will be an improvement over the S3, but nothing approaching the science fiction levels of a flexible screen. Maybe in distance future of S8!
