I went for a Business Building
Seminar YESTERDAY, I mingle around and get acquainted with a fellow business enthusiastic
gentleman who asked me about my online and home-based businesses. As soon as he
heard I'm with Amway, he blurted out negative remarks about Amway.. (inside my
head)," That you are talking IS MY BUSINESS that I BUILD so dearly."
So I replied calmly at first, but
I get heated up real fast especially when I get protective and possessive for
the things I adore becoming a subject of others,
“Don’t you ever think you know Amway Business just
because you had been into it and you failed. Never give a general bold
statement about Amway business didn’t work because it didn’t work out for you.
It DOES works out for others. I have to be honest and this is my honest statement:
ANYONE CAN DO AMWAY BUSINESS BUT AMWAY BUSINESS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!
My Seniors
would not agree with my statement but I have to make it clear that my statement
applies ONLY to my Millionaire Networks Team. Millionaire Networks Amway Team
IS NOT for Everyone! That’s one thing stands us out from the rest. We are not
here picking up sweet talks to strangers or friends and family members while
trying to get them as our downlines. We do not seek supporters like our immediate
family members or close friends to support us and join our group where they themselves
have no interest or have no idea what this business is all about. Those are
GONE WITH THE DAYS of the past, probably during your time with Amway as a distributor,
but not now, not with Millionaire Networks!”
He spoke something about not
making money out of Amway and I continued,
“That's too bad my friend. That is
because you are not with the Millionaire Networks. Probably you or whoever with
you is doing it all wrong. If you are trying to earn extra money out of your
own ways and ideas, you may did it but most times you may not even though your
plan is good on paper. What you need is to leverage with a good team, with good
leadership people in it! I want to ask you, Does your team takes responsibility
for your failure? Are they letting you go-by months after months without
progressing or making money for yourself while they make theirs? How selfish
your leaders could be. I understand this because I've been in your position and for that
reason I came up with the Millionaire Networks.
Do you think that I'm your
typical Amway guy that sells soaps? I am not a saleman but I’m a DISTRIBUTOR! And
Do you think my team is just like everyone else’s team out there? We are not
running a manpower recruitment agency for factory operators my friend! Do you
really think that I'm prospecting you so that I could have you as my own
downline. You are so WRONG!
With Millionaire Networks, the
leaders will go all out to find your downline FOR YOU so that you will believe
in the business and you can start earning yourself. That is the KEY that will
kick start you in trying to build your business seriously because things are
already going for you and it's all because your leaders makes it possible for
you. We at Millionaire Networks forgo the Weekly Meetings due to the
integration of internet services available to keeping in touch, We forgo the
Product Demonstrations due to availability of it via online and we don't
forcefully push others to attend seminars, conventions, buy tickets, CDs or Books
because we can share and circulate even by ebook and downloads. We also never demand
our team members from the need to maintain a certain PV per month or making
them compulsory to spend a certain amount of money on Amway products. If you
believe in the company and if you believe in the quality of the products, you
will want to use it naturally. We only advise to buy what you ONLY need and
never on excessiveness. The leaders are the one who does the sponsoring works
most of the time and we will slot it under the new member. Usually within 3
months of joining, one shall have atleast one downline provided by us. This is
called the 'Inverted Pyramid Management' where the leaders are placed at the
bottom of the organisation. We work for our people and not the way around.
Millionaire Networks managed a close compact network of distributor legs so
that each legs produced results. We used the Binary Sponsoring System where all
you need is 2 (TWO) DOWLINES under you and never more! (althought not limited
to). And we DO NOT called them downlines but we refered them as FRONTLINES!
With Millionaire Networks, we pre-qualify
people before we even consider them as ‘Potential Prospect’ - GONE WITH THE
DAYS where every living body you know or talk to are considered as prospects! You
can only be considered as a ‘Potential Prospect’ when you passed the
pre-qualifying criteria due to personal qualities and attributes. It is
important to us that one has got to have integrity in their daily dealings with
others, even that you are not even a Prospect yet at this stage. The leadership
team at Millionaire Networks Amway Team are trained to provide comprehensive evaluation
of a potential prospect’s financial status as whether or not he/she will be
able to sustain ‘business overheads and capitals’ of this business. GONE WITH
THE DAYS when they sponsor people into the business when that person can’t
hardly feed his family well. How do you
aspect that person to succeed in Amway or ANY legitimate business when he is
constantly broke financially or struggling to keep a tight budget. It doesn't make sense! YOU NEED MONEY TO MAKE MONEY!
I’ll prove to you that assuming you are a
cleaner here in Singapore who works for a MNC company. The boss likes you so
much that he requested you to go to England to co-run a cleaning company which
he will set-up for you entirely and he just ask for 4% of your annually profit.
All he wants to see is your genuine interest and effort by having to fork out
your own plane ticket there and your first month expenses on food and lodging.
The problem is that you are already having outstanding bills and very tight on
spending that you even cycles to work and skip your meals. It is already hard for
you to even go to your work place and it is even harder or close to impossible
that you could pay for your airplane ticket and to sustain the high cost living
in England. Others do not want to help you because what you told them seems so
good to be true and they think you may tricked them of trying to borrow their
money. After much thought, you declined although the offer is good and although
you are genuinely interested in that offer of a lifetime, but you just need
money to make money! Likewise, you need money to start and develop your Amway Business
until such time you break even and start earning your profit. This goes for
every business. It’s either most people quit before they break even or they are
just not qualified to be in a business from the start. I wouldn’t blame them
but it is the sponsor person fault for not giving an honest evaluation for their
prospect. So which part of your failure did I missed? Am I right to say that
you only have YOURSELF or YOUR UPLINES to blame for FAILURE in your business AND
NOT ABOUT AMWAY AS AN ORGANISATION OR ITS' PRODUCT LINES?”, he just nodded his
head as if he understood the reality of what I said to him.
I further explained,
“After you
get passed the pre-qualifying stage and we will explore your life desires,
inspirational and motivational values. We want to see your will-power and perseverance
in your past and current situations coping with difficulties and achieving your
goals. We then will be able to classified you as our Prospect because you generally
have what it takes to be a Winner and you have the Tools inside you to help you
through the upslope task of building the business. Ofcourse we NEVER made it
known to you that we are pre-qualifying you for our business during all the
time of our engagements with you until you are our ‘Prospect’. We will expose
you gradually by time, of the products that we personally use daily and have
strong knowledge and experience about it. We also would be introducing you who we are and what we do and
how we do it. Along the process, series of ‘will you be interested’ qualifying
questions will be asked to you. If there is a strong YES by you, it is only
then we or one of our Senior Directs will show you the REAL AMWAY BUSINESS &
MARKETING PLAN! Why I say it’s REAL? Because it’s a tradition in Amway and it’s
a culture in this business to do so; to show the business plan to prospects
formally. If you say YES to the plan and you consciously knowing that this is
what you want to pursue and this is by faith a journey that you would have to
go through in this stage of your life; then Millionaire Networks will teach you
how. We will tell you why we called ourselves Millionaire Networks and what it
really means by our slogan “Millionaires In The Conscious Mind”.
So I sum-up my explanation to
him,
“If you follow my blueprint set for Millionaire Networks, You will
succeed! This is just like saying when you were a child telling yourself, “If I
grow up …” or “If I finished school…” or “If I got married …” and now you are
expecting or already there - grown up, finished school or married. As simple as
that in this Business too, you need to have relatively that ‘knowing instinct’ in
you about your destiny in life of the things you could succeed… and If you
never think of it at all or never thought it could be yours through Amway, then
Amway Business is not for you. Millionaire Networks is no Trials for Try-Outs!
and not Testing Grounds of Risk. This is for the True Believers of Chance and Opportunities
only! Because ‘Try-Outs’ are 50-50 conservative minds, they neither lose nor will
they ever win. ‘Risk’ are 51% to Lose and ‘Chance’ are 51% to Win. That
optimistic 1% in our mind that what makes up Millionaire Networks! Go Diamonds!”
